Sometimes life happens to us and it hits us so hard and we don’t know what to do. Sometimes we feel so lost and confused and we feel like God has forgotten about us. Sometimes things in our life can happen that are so bad and we can’t see how God will turn this thing around for our good. I’m reminded that at my weakest, God is still strong. He will show himself to be strong and mighty even when we are not. Sometimes we have a tendency of questioning God for the things that he does. Then we have to realize we have no right. Everything we have belongs to God. It’s because of his grace and mercy that God decided to bless us with it. & if He decides to take it all, I just pray that he fills us with his presence and lets us know he is with us every step of the way. Because we can’t do it alone. We have to be honest with God, and tell him how we feel. If you are at your weakest tell him, He already knows. Sometimes He’s just waiting to hear from you. We just have to ask God to give us the strength to not give up and grow weary. Because no matter what we may go through in life, we can’t live without God. He will hold you in the mid night hour. He will keep you when all hope is lost. He will keep you in perfect peace if you keep your mind stayed on him. He will give you the peace that surpasses all understanding. All kind of chaos can be going on in your life, but he’ll give you supernatural peace.
I’m reminded of Job, in the Bible who had to endure so much pain. He lost everything, but he still kept his faith in God. & after he suffered awhile God restored everything that he lost & he gave him double for his trouble. God’s grace is sufficient and he will restore. He is Almighty and All Powerful. Sometimes when we go through difficult times in ours lives instead of running to people, run to God. Instead of running to alcohol, sex, drugs, prostitution, anything that eases your pain run to God. Because if we’re not running to God the devil is waiting for us to run to him. & He uses alcohol, drugs, and sex as distraction to lead us into destruction . & sometimes even our friends can lead us astray, because they are not meant to restore. They are not meant to heal. The only one that can ease your pain is God. They are not designed to carry that weight. If you feel good for only a moment, its a temporary satisfaction that will ultimately lead you empty inside.
God is the only one that can fill voids in your life and mend your broken heart permanently. Sometimes God allows us to go through things so that we can become closer to him. Sometimes he uses our trials and tribulations to do just that. You may not understand why you are going through what you are going through now, but God has a purpose and He has a plan. Be blessed and stay encouraged!
Small prayer: Father, thank you for all things. Thank you for being who you are. Help us where we are weak and torn down. Help us to come back to you. Forgive us of our sin. We’ve sinned and we’ve ran from you and found ourselves in enemy’s territory, but we need you to deliver us and show us our way out. Help us to know that you will never leave us nor will you forsake us in our darkest moments. We need a touch from you, a right now touch. We can’t wait, we’re desperate for you and we want you to ease our trouble hearts and minds. Help us and heal our brokenness. We need you like never before. Restore us. Give us newness allow all things to become new. We pray this prayer and we believe that you are moving on our behalf. These and all other blessings. We ask in Jesus name! Amen!
